Consultancy
Strategic sessions with senior leadership and people teams to transform workplace alcohol attitudes. Available as one-off intensive consultations or ongoing partnerships to embed sustainable cultural change throughout your organisation.
These consultations are tailored to your needs and goals moving forward. Consultations are great as both a reactive and proactive approach. If you have a big work party coming up, or in response to staff feedback.
Sessions share evidence, behaviour change strategies and guidance with people teams and SLTs to allow you to stay across your employee’s wellbeing when it comes to alcohol.
Tailored Workshops
Interactive alcohol awareness sessions exploring drinking behaviours, harm reduction strategies, and workplace impact. Teams collaboratively develop group contracts to reduce alcohol-related pressure whilst fostering supportive, inclusive professional relationships and improved wellbeing.
Each workshop can be delivered in person or online to up to 30 participants at a time. The workshops are tailored to your business goals and strategies but often follow a similar structure.
Including live engagement from the team, the latest evidence and research around alcohol and health, and an opportunity for your team to share in a safe and anonymous space what they like (and what they don’t) about alcohol in their lives.
culture guidance
Comprehensive support for people and events teams to create inclusive workplace cultures. We develop diverse activity options, alcohol-free alternatives, and strategic frameworks to shift away from alcohol-centric events towards engaging, accessible experiences.
Through surveys and focus groups, specific to your organisation. During the process, I gather qualitative and quantitative data from your team, usually through anonymous surveys and use this data to illustrate what the landscape of alcohol use is in the team/company, produce assets and give recommendations.
Culture guidance works for SMEs and large companies alike and can inform EDI strategies and the overall wellbeing offer to the team.
